3.4 No-Show Policy

 

Failure to check in or cancel a reservation in accordance with the stated policy will result in the forfeiture of payments made.

 

4. Roave Rewards and Points

 

Roave Travel(Letsroave Technology Private Limited) may offer rewards programs allowing users to earn and redeem points. The following terms apply:

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

• Misuse of the rewards system may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.

By providing your mobile phone number to Roave Travel, you agree to receive auotmated, pre-recorded, and marketing, service, and transactional SMS communications. By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing and service texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe from promotional texts, as well as service and transactional texts at any time by replying “Stop” to cancel. Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to/from Roave Travel. Message frequency may vary.

12.3 Phone

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive phone calls in the situation of an urgent service update (including, but not limited to, hotel relocations, etc.).
